You can buy tickets directly from our website by visiting the page of the desired event and following the purchase instructions.
We accept online credit card payments (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American express), Bancontact and iDeal and PayPal.
You can check availability and ticket prices for our events by accessing the page dedicated to each event and opening the seating map for that event.
If you cannot attend the event, please to contact us as soon as possible using the contact page or one of our social accounts. Depending on the context and nature of what prevents you from attending the event, you may be able to use that credit for another event organized by our company.
Refund is possible, on demand, when a case of force majeure, such as canceling or rescheduling a event having valid reasons or independent of us.
Minimum age may vary by event. Minimum age requirements are specified on the event page.
Photos and video recordings during the events are prohibited. Please follow the rules and restrictions set for each event.
Access to the performance halls with food and drinks is strictly prohibited. The only exception being the locations that have a defined space and that allows their consumption.
